Y'all we had a good handful of cold days here recently.  And I've been loving it.  There was a time I was holding on to warm days and sundresses, but I've changed my ways somehow in my late twenties and early thirties and have been craving sweaters and holiday instead.  Something about being bundle up warm and cozy in your own home with your family.  So yummy.

With this year's early cold, I've been thinking about Christmas shopping ideas earlier then ever.  Don't worry, I haven't pulled out the Christmas music yet, but I am getting excited and thinking ahead.  I had a lot of fun picking out ideas from UncommonGoods for David -- A great site that makes finding gifts for all types of recipients easy by providing a really easy to navigate menu.  You can click here to find more of their curated gift ideas for men.  (Or shop for your mom or sister!)  They've got it all sorted!

My favorite guy gifts I window shopped for range in price from $36 - $180, so there is a price point for all budgets.  And I know "socks and ties" are the token gift, but believe me - my guy appreciates good socks and I'm sure he has never had any made from alpaca wool before!  I also spied him coveting his brothers salt plank last time we ate over, so of course that went on the list.  There were also a lot of other personalized gift ideas (see more here) that didn't make my top 5 list, but I found several fun ideas there for the kids and grandparents!

So, if this colder weather is putting you in an early shopping mood too, now you have a good excuse to go ahead and start!
