Style Guest Post // Swish & Swoon

Hello there! I'm Jessica from Swish and Swoon and I am so honored to be guest posting for Blair today. I love passing along amazing deals to my readers. Here is a $440 outfit that I pulled together for under $150! My outfit is a mix of old and new. My favorite trend this winter is the statement necklace. Just when you didn't think they could get any bigger. BAM. Snap on this necklace with a plain tee (or in my case a butterfly blouse), and suddenly you are all fancy. Please note it was about 80 degrees when I took these pictures. I live in southern California, and don't experience real winters.

Buying super expensive clothes doesn't have to be super expensive. I buy most of my clothes from Anthropologie, but hardly ever spend more than $30 on anything! If you know how to play the sale game, you can usually get these items cheaper than the Target version! I'm not making this up. I've been doing it for years now. I'm so passionate about it, it's the main reason I started my blog. Thanks for letting me share with you! I have a lot of fun putting together these style posts. So here's the dollar breakdown of my outfit:

01// Yellow Shirt: Anthropologie retail $48 was $9.95 (summer of 2011), 02// Purse: Gap retail $45 was $17 (Only on sale in stores. Boo.), 03//Butterfly Blouse: Zara $35 (summer of 2012), 04// Necklace: Baublebar retail $36 was $17, 05// Shoes: Anthropologie retail $178 was $40, 06// Shorts: Anthropologie retail $98 was $29.95
