inside the box: Pink Martini elbow Patch Sweater // Glam v-neck blouse //
Marlyn Schiff leaf drop earrings // Tulle Pocket Cardigan // Costa Blanca Cowlneck dress
Man is it FUN to get a box of surprise trendy clothes at your doorstep. Every time I get a "fix" (this is my forth) I tear it open immediately and start trying everything fun. I have never had a box that didn't have at least one thing in it I loved from first sight. The stylist know what they are doing and it just gets better with each fix as they get to know you and your tastes more. If you haven't gotten on the StitchFix train... here is your ticket: YOU'RE INVITED <<--click here (you need an invite to join).
The quick rundown of how it works: you fill out a survey and send them any links you think show your style (blog, pinterest, etc). You get to tell them colors, modesty level, price range, what you need... all sorts of stuff! You pay $20 upfront for each box (order as often as you want). They send you a box of lovelies. The $20 goes towards whatever you want to keep. What you don't want goes back in pre-paid envelope. That easy! And to make it easier, each piece they send has a cute tag with suggested ways to style the item. If you want to keep everythign in your box you get an extra 25% off! It really is like having your own personal (inexpensive) stylist! If you have questions about if it is for you, please drop me a line -- I'd love to chat with you about my experience!
So tell me... What should I keep from this fix? (excuse the phone photos, dirty small mirror, & messy nursery...) I think I'm really liking the cozy sweaters. The dress fits really well, but not sure I need a dress like this. I really like the blouse too -- but the cut is too low and would be high maintenance with a baby pulling on you. And the earrings.. what do you think of all it?
love the sweater and cardi for fall!

I'm curious what the prices are like? I'm not familiar with those brands or how far $20 would go. I love the elbow patch cardigan! Stephanie
ReplyDeleteOh gosh! I love everything here! How did I not know about this? And I love that it's personalized. Awesome!
ReplyDeleteI got that elbow patch sweater in my last fix! Really liked it...but it fits you better. The cardi is cute too. I like the red blouse, but agree it wouldn't be the most practical. But with a cami it could be great. I say no to the earrings, and if you're not in love with the dress then don't bother....you won't end up wearing it. (at least that's what I find about myself. I would always WANT to wear it...and then wouldn't)
ReplyDeleteOverall, really good fix!
I like the elbow patch sweater! Your face looks happy in that picture, like YOU KNOW you look cute in it and you feel good in it! That's my #1 piece for you! Of course, everything is cute on you, but that's my #1!
ReplyDeletekinda love it all. that blouse on you is stunning though. I still can't get over how cute your hair is
ReplyDeleteThat elbow patch sweater is adorable!
ReplyDeleteYou are so cute! I love your outfits and the way you put the colors together! :)

Omigosh, I want to do this!! But sadly, I have to wait until I get/find a job - the hubs and I are on a spending freeze :P
ReplyDeleteI love love love that red blouse and those earrings - both are just lovely! The cut of the blouse is low, yet, but just layer it with a little cami and you're covered. A lace-trim cami would be perfect :)
Yay, so much fun! Let us know what you keep :)
xoxo J

Love everything, but that sweater especially. :) This sounds so cool, I think I might have to check it out!
ReplyDeleteI am VERY interested in StitchFix because you got some dang cute clothes! I have a few questions about it...does it cost anymore than 20 bucks? how many surveys do you full out after? how do the people sending the clothes out not lose money? Please let me know because I definitely would like to try it if its in my budget!
ReplyDeleteI would say keep the sweater with the patches and the blouse. The blouse, though accident prone with a baby pulling on it, is soo cute, and the sweater is just adorible!
