art
It's been a long time since I've shared my husbands work. I get to look at it everyday and forget to share it with others. Here are some of my favorite pieces. The first one is of M when she was 10 months old that David did for my birthday. The third one is of me from a couple years ago and is one of my most prized possessions. I love having amazing art around the house -- walls that are always changing. The only bad part is learning not to get too attached as they leave for new homes or the gallery.
The fact that my husband is a full time artist ministers to me everyday. His obedience to follow God's calling on his life is such a testament to his heart and desires. It is so glorifying to God when we use the gifts he has given us to their fullest. And that David does. I love watching his brain work. He studied both engineering and art at Vanderbilt and his work process is the perfect blend of a mathematical mind and creative spirit. Ahhh, love him!! You can see more of his work at davidbrucemcleod.com.

A really fun way to keep up with David's work and see what's on his easel is to follow him on instagram. Check him out @mcleodart. (the dude has more followers that me!)
He's so talented! I love getting his emails. I always love seeing the portrait of you.
