ONE

Oh my my MY... I have a ONE year old!  Sweet Magnolia is a walking talking wonder of love!  We had so much fun celebrating HER last week.  Here's her "stats"...

weighs: 22lbs 4oz  height: 29 5/8 inches
head: 98th percentile (like her momma!)
words: MaMa, DaDa, Doggie, Baba (bottle/bf), Hi, Ball
walking: everywhere and anywhere. very confident walker
favorite foods: cheese, kale (yes, i said kale), frozen yogurt bites, black eyed peas
nursing: when she goes to bed and when she wakes in the morning, bottles/sippy cups during the day
sleeps: 7:30pm-6/7ish am (eats) and goes back to sleep for hour or more + two naps
interests: family bike rides, praise baby dvds, stuffed animals, crawling into small spaces
learning: body parts (nose, eyes..), she loves pointing
diapers: still doing cloth diapers, but man oh man toddler diapers! eek!!
quote from her doctor {bragging mom alert}
"You have a renaissance baby on your hands - she can do it all"

We just can't get enough of her.  Some of our favorite parts of the day are when she wakes up from a nap.  When we pull her out of her crib she is always sure to grab her blanky and Jelly (favorite stuffed bunny).  She then is just a bundle of cuddles with her bunny and blanket cuddled close she snuggles in under our chins and just purrs with glee.  We melt every time.  Several times a day David and I call each other excitedly into the room, "you have to come see this."  She doesn't cease to amaze and excite us at every turn.  She is every part the epitome of the name of this blog - she is so very wild and so very precious.  I can hardly even begin to unpack the impact this last year has had on me, how this little one has touched me... all I can muster to say is "Praise the Lord!"
