Guest Post // Fabulously Average // Summer Colors
Why hello there Wild and Precious readers! I am over the moon excited to be guest posting today for Blair, as W&P is a new to me blog that has become a great source of inspiration. Let me formally introduce myself - I’m Joanne and I blog over at Fabulously Average, a life and personal style blog where I chronicle what I wear, what I eat and what I’d buy if I had endless amounts of money. Today I wanted to work off a topic Blair has already hit here on Wild and Precious, this year’s yummy summer colors! Let’s begin, shall we?
While miss Blair mixed the color combo of teal and poppy together I thought I’d chime in on my dynamic duo: mint and fuchsia! As you can tell I went with another “it” color of the moment: mint. I like the way the mint softens and highlights the vibrant color of the top. I continued to style the look with colors that wouldn’t take away from the lively fuchsia blouse: a simple navy bag, neutral sandals and a fun, novelty necklace- all the makings of a casual Friday at the office followed by a date night with the fella. Quite the perfect pairing if you ask me.
I sure do hope you enjoyed my interpretation of some fun summer colors and how to style for a care free afternoon. It was truly a pleasure stopping by and being able to post today for W&P. Don’t hesitate to stop by Fabulously Average and say hi! I’d love to have you! You can also find me on Twitter and Facebookr. Until next time!
