Good Tunes Tuesday

Y'all know I love me some good new tunes & I just had to share a great new EP with you!  If you are looking for some new jams, you've got to check out Fragile Heart by my good friend Justin Carlson.  Why I know you'll love his music:

Justin never wants carelessness to precede intention, and when you listen to his latest effort, Fragile Heart, you will get the sense that he is sincere in his delivery—that he is talking to you, but even more, that he is listening. He tells stories that resonate in the grand spaces of our hearts, and his aim is hope.

“I like to write about broken things, not simply to point out their brokenness but to remind myself that those very things lead us to repair,” says Justin. “I love the feeling when a song finds joy.” 

Well, he has reason to celebrate with Fragile Heart, a project that engages influences like David Gray, Mat Kearney, and Jackson Browne—to name a few—and offers up a refreshing relationship between music and lyrics. It is the perfect display of his ability to capture moments of wrestling and triumph.

Um.. hello, awesome!  And I'm not just saying that because I know the guy -- I promise you this guy is legit.  His tunes have grit and will rock your soul in a way that leaves you rejoicing.  This has been true in the past with his previous records and is especially true with Fragile Heart.
