Fashion + Compassion
Don't want to feel guilty about shopping? Find a local store like Philanthropy & you can breathe a bit easier about opening up your wallet for a new dress. I am just loving the idea behind this downtown Franklin store, Philanthropy - Fashion + Compassion.
At least 10% of sales goes to designated charities. There are several items in the store from which 100% of the proceeds go to designated campaigns.
In the three years they have been open, over $120,000 has been raised.
This money is going towards campaigns like: The Southern Sudan Project, Hands and Feet Project, SEA Partners, and The Nashville Rescue Mission.

This store just could not be cuter. Located in historic downtown Franklin {check out Olivia's post on this charming part of town} this place is hip. I borrowed these pics from Philanthropy's FB, but wish I could show you some interior pictures. They've got great lighting and beautiful displays. Philanthropy is working on building an online store -- in the mean time, find out if your community is lucky enough to have a similar store of it's own.
Wow! I wish I lived near that store. Everything in it is so cute and it's for a good cause!
