flood cleanup

It was great to be able to get out and feel like I was tangibly doing something to help yesterday. A lot of what I saw was heartbreaking, but I also saw a lot of hope in my community. There were a lot of people who had lost everything, but were taking the time to help others. Several different groups were coming together to accomplish a common goal. I felt a strong sense of pride & am so grateful for the opportunity to use these two small hands.

  19. Houston has seen its fair share of floods and hurricanes in recent years. The one good thing about events like this is the sense of community that is brought to light. You guys are in my prayers.
